| Introduction | I consider myself extraordinarily blessed, to have been able to call both Canada and Switzerland home. But in particular, how few of us can say we are able to live our dreams, working a great part-time job that still affords enough time to travel and tank up on the beauty and innovation that surround us? Switzerland is a wonderful country, so small and yet so diverse, with a fantastic infrastructure and public transportation system, so you need never deal with the stress of traffic, and can yet travel thousands of kilometers and always experience something new! The country has such a variety of temperature patterns, we plan our trips based on the weather. Hikes are mapped out beforehand according to weather and ability, and researched later based on interesting things we encounter along the way. And each excursion is detailed in an album with my favourite photos which I take along the way. |
