| Introduction | Walt Rosado is currently a doctoral candidate at Robert Morris University. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Thiel College and a master’s degree from Duquesne University. He is employed in Human Resources at Carnegie-Mellon University. Rosado is a U.S. Army combat veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom and a state certified fire-fighter, EMT-B, and rescue technician.
