You have a red jar of cedar chips. Why do moths miss the forest?
A better question is where did I get the cedar chips? How is the jar red? Did I murder someone and hide them in the forest, which then resulted in the blood getting on the jar and staining it red and then I proceeded to pick up the cedar chips and stuff it in said jar. (Sometimes I worry about myself....)
