The Mershimer Group's proactive programs are meant to ensure the accurate payment of royalty and advertising fees by Franchise Owners and the reduction of inventory shrinkage and other losses suffered by retailers and restaurant chains. Mr. Mershimer is a Certified Fraud Examiner. He is a member of the National Restaurant Association's Audit Executive Study Group where he has served as past Chairperson, the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and is a past board member with the National Food Service Security Council.
