| Introduction | Hi, my name is Andrea and I was born in Rome, Italy, in 1966. I've been taking photographs since 1989, as a means of expressing myself and for my personal enjoyment. I started with a simple reflex camera, then moved to digital when it was a mature technology. I'm mainly interested in street, architectural and minimalistic photography, and starting to study studio techniques. I shoot digital with an Olympus OM-D E-M1 with an assortment of new autofocus and older manual focus lens, and on film with a medium format Mamiya C220 Pro, a 35mm FED 5C rangefinder camera and Olympus OM-1 SLR. |
