Introduction	In 1989 I taught myself the art of screen painting when I left the area & longed for my beloved Baltimore. My 1st piece was an ill fated attempt in the traditional vein. Having settled into a career at a major art museum, my window screens were soon adorned with replicas of masterpieces. Soon after I was asked to be part of a screen painting exhibit. Not too keen of selling my utilitarian screens, I created miniature screens that celebrated screen painting as strictly art. An active hobby of creating costumes led itself to creating painted screen clothing. Recently my focus has been on larger pieces of work & gallery exhibits. Thanks for taking a look & having an interest in the art of screen painting.
