| Introduction | I used to say, to those who inquired about what I "do": "I'm just a mom," and I loved every magical day of it. While I still do a teeny bit of mothering now and then, my reply to current inquiries goes something like: "I'm just a grandmother, and a fly fisher, a daughter (dad is 81), a mother-in-law (enjoying the guys married to my girls, as I didn't have sons), an environmentalist (sick nearly to death about the Republican attacks on our planet) and a wanderer on this wonderful Earth, eager to breath new air and to nurture parts of my nature I haven't taken time to discover. I so enjoy reading other blogs, I launched this one, not knowing whether I'll be able to stick with it. Read on and find out along with me! |
