| Introduction | Karen M. Scott CRX, CDP, CMD, CSM, LEED AP BD+C and ID+C Ms. Scott has extensive experience in shopping centers. She has handled management, marketing, tenant coordination and and construction activities as both an owner’s representative and as a consultant for a variety of retail projects including urban mixed-use, regional malls, specialty centers, and community and neighborhood centers. Ms. Scott has both US and Middle East experience. Ms. Scott has a BA in Communication Arts and is currently working on a Masters Degree from the University of Florida in International Construction Management. She holds several certifications through the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) in design, construction and development, management and marketing. She is also LEED accredited in core and shell and commercial interiors. An accomplished speaker and writer, Ms. Scott has spoken at many ICSC events in the US and internationally. She is the author of “Shopping Center Tenant Coordination” as well as a contributor to "Leasing for Non-Leasing Professionals". |
