Introduction Right now I'm focusing on my writing and teaching but what I also do and have done for many years is direct, research (received PhD on thesis relating theatre to philosophy in 2009), take photos, lecture, teach workshops, meditate, do yoga and sometimes just freak out anyway.
Interests writing between fiction and non-fiction, theater/art between art and life and generally anything that messes with categories in an interesting way that makes us see the world differently

Favorite Books Infinite Jest by David Foster Wallace, The Golden Notebook by Doris Lessing and Anna Karenina by that Tolstoy guy. Also love Mary Karr, James Baldwin, Margaret Atwood, Georges Perec, David Shields, Proust and Carson McCullers. Philosophy books by Deleuze and Guattari and Merleau-Ponty
