| Introduction | I am a middle aged male with a severe case of Degenerative Disc Disease (DDD). While it didn't really sneak up on me, the degree of degeneration was a total surprise. The purpose for my Blog is to raise awareness regarding DDD. I will chronicle my journey from how it got its' start, to where we are in the process currently, the testing involved in the diagnosis, the surgical path chosen, and the recovery.
