Introduction Delpha Hudson is based near Lands’ End and has a studio in Penzance. Her inter-disciplinary practice is informed by her original BA in history from London University. She also studied Fine Art and Visual Performance with a BA from Birmingham and MA from Dartington College. She has curated shown video and performance works internationally as well as had work commissioned for the Tate St Ives. She currently shows painting and sculpture in a number of galleries around the UK and much of her work deconstructs visual representations of care and motherhood, discursively presenting gendered subjectivity and selfhood as a fluid and transformative.
