| Introduction | I am a student at Hereford College of Art in my third year studying BA (hons) Artist Blacksmithing. I have a passion for blacksmithing and the forging processes involved. I love exploring different ways to apply these techniques to other materials. I have a goal in life and this is to get blacksmithing understood, appreciated and enjoyed by the general public. It is such an old and fascinating craft that has been over looked, I hope to bring this back, by changing what people perceive as blacksmithing, forging small scale with a variety of materials and finishes and making it something that everyone knows, wants and understands. |
