Introduction	Beer is something that many people just buy at the store and do not think of anything other than the kind of beer that they want for the evening. Through college, I didn't even care about what kind of beer it was, as long as it was cheap. This all changed with my first batch of home brew. I find myself always wondering what a different hop or yeast will do to a beer and what will happen if I add an extra few ounces of a different grain. My appreciation for what a brewer does has grown and I now love to share my creations with as many people as possible.
