| Introduction | Does not really matter what I am like, this is a blog about food things I find interesting, note: Interesting does not mean they are good and successful just that they are interesting. My personality will become more obvious the more you read. I am interested in the things I write about. Food, technology, cute fuzzy things, and any cross between. My food and technology interests are more on the practical sides, I like the ideas of essences, airs, food that looks like rocks and strathmore but I am more interested in the practical nature of the technology. Like: Hey I have 300 Prime Rib in the back poaching in butter in a 140F water bath, I can brown them for service at anytime oh and I have a cute fuzzy Hello Kitty doll guarding them. |
