Introduction	I am 40-something, married 22 years. I had been overweight most of my life. Joined Weight Watchers, lost 75 pounds, and have maintained my goal weight since 2009. Since losing the weight, I have found a new love, running. I ran my first half-marathon in 2011 and will be running my first full marathon in 2012.
