| Introduction | Enology and Viticulture major at UC Davis, four years in the Air Force as a computer operator, many years as a program manager and product manager, some time with the local PBS station and 15 years as a tasting room person/manager. Intrests in food and cooking started as a small child with a blender in the kitchen. My mom allowed us to 'do anything' with the blender with the admonition that we had to eat what we made. An appreciation of what goes with what soon arrived. I guess I have been 'playing with food' ever since, adding wine as an ingredient to the overall taste sensation as soon as I was legal. Well, almost legal. |
