Introduction	I am a wife of 16+ years and mom to two amazing children, ages 11 and 8. I am completely, utterly 100% in love with cooking and baking (particularly food with a Southern flare). I have my mom and grandmother to thank for that. I consider them to be the best cooks I've ever known and have greatly influenced my love for down home good cooking! I have for many, many years considered it a hobby finding, collecting and even trying out tons of recipes. This is going to be my meager attempt to chronicle my semi-obsession! :) I also enjoy inspirational quotes (particularly those from the Bible) and passing them on to others from time to time. My goal is to spread some food happiness or inspiration to others from time to time. Nothing fancy! Just some good food and a cup of inspiration here and there. Hope you enjoy!
