| Introduction | We all have a story. I married my wonderful husband in December of 2006. We got pregnant in early 2008 and 12 weeks later, on Easter Sunday, we miscarried our sweet daughter, Lily. After a year of trying to get pregnant again, we found out we were pregnant with my son Trust Emmanuel. Trust really lived up to his name and after a VERY rough pregnancy with Hyperemesis Gravadium, filled with hospital visits, home care, IV's, near death experiences and a horrific delivery, (everything that could go wrong did) Trust arrived in the world June 22nd 2010, healthy. Unfortunately, the story didn't end there. Recovery was rough. I was in and out of the hospital for a week with heart failure, pre-ecclampsia, pain and blood transfusions. The Trauma and heartache of the past few years had left me shaken but ever Trusting my faithful Saviour, Jesus. This blog is for the mom's who have lost babies, endured Hyperemesis Gravadium, and who have had traumatic deliveries and recovery. WE NEED EACH OTHER and we NEED Jesus to heal our battle scars. Please feel free to share your story with me. Your story is your scar. Even Jesus had scars to remind us of what He had done for us. |
