| Introduction | I've crammed several lifetimes into the present one. I've been fat, thin, pretty, ugly, arty, jocky, intellectual, I've lived in cities, fancy suburbs, ghettos and on a farm. I've delivered newspapers, attended Swiss boarding school, been a baker, cook, teacher, nanny, designer and so much more.
