Introduction	I am a 2008 Olympian, 7-Time Canadian Champion and a member of Athletics Canada's National Team. I am also a Commonwealth Games Gold & Bronze Medalist, Pan-American Games Silver & Bronze Medalist, Fracophone Games Silver & Bronze Medalist, and World University Games Silver Medalist. I am currently preparing for the 2011 World Championship in Daegu, Korea and for the 2012 Olympic Games. I began high jumping when I was 17 years old and haven't looked back since. I'm dually completing my PhD and I am involved in various initiatives. I am deeply passionate about self-actualization and making the most of what each and every day has to offer!
Interests	Anything challenging, fun and exciting. I enjoying laughing uncontrollably, good thought provoking conversations, creating Jokes/Pranks, reading, Listening to music, or playing my musical intruments & above all ASKING RANDOM QUESTIONS!

Favorite music	Too many to Name... I have a very wide eclectic love of music... From Tupak to Pearl Jam to Andre Boccilli to Lady Gaga... I especially love anything with a great beat, acustics or lyrics!
Favorite books	The Alchemist by Paulo Coehlo, As a Man Thinketh by James Allen, and Tuesdays with Morrie by Mitch Album
