Introduction	Third time's a charm. After two dissapointing results, eleven cover letters, thirty-three recommendation letters, thirty-three transcripts, application fees, a video interview, and four telephone interviews I finally got a dietetic internship at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Dallas. In order to become a Registered Dietitian, a dietetic internship (supervised practice) needs to be completed upon graduating with a degree in Dietetics. Starting August 16, 2010 for the next 11 months I will be learning and exploring the wonderful world of nutrition: community nutrition, clinical dietetics, and food service management. In this blog I will be sharing my happy moments, triumphs, frustrations, and everything else that happens along the journey of the internship.
