| Introduction | My name is Katie I am 23 yrs old and I live here on Long Island. I am currently being evaluated for a double lung transplant at Columbia pres in NYC. I have Cystic Fibrosis and was dx at 4 yrs of age. I currently have MANY more problems that come along with this disease but it does not define who I am but it has helped me become the person and fighter I am today. |
| Interests | I like to keep busy I'm one that doesn't sit still easily that's why being in the hospital for long periods of time is really really ruff! I love kids I babysit and love to go visit my awesome niece and nephew! I also am always on the computer obviously that's how i ended up here. I love being around my family and friends they are what keep me going. |
| Favorite movies | I do have to admit it is Dirty Dancing... but i do have a few other favs like coyote ugly, greese, A walk to remember,rush hour, and a whole lot more that i just can't think of at the moment |
| Favorite music | I like pretty much anything when it comes to music. |
| Favorite books | my favorite book has to be my sisters keeper. touched real close to home. Also a fav A Walk To Remember. |
