| Introduction | Hey! I'm Matt, a college student from New Jersey going to school up in Rhode Island. With the stresses of college life and without the comforts of home, I've decided to use the practice of baking as a way to survive all the craziness. Here's my take on things: After one and a half more years of this insanity, I'll get a degree, but right now all I've got is the sweet tooth I got from my dad, the love of baking I got from my mom and grandmas, and the kitchen I'm borrowing from the frat boys I live with. I'm not at all sure what sort of relief... or headaches (or toothaches) this combination is going to bring... but it should at least be delicious! |
