Introduction	Currently I am a resident of Providence, Rhode Island and attending school at Johnson and Wales University. In the spring of 2015 I will graduate with my Bachelor's Degree in Baking and Pastry Arts. I have always had a deep passion for food throughout my entire life, and couldn't wait to pursue that love in college. While I am enjoying my experiences at school and all of the amazing opportunities I have had thus far, I am very much looking forward to the future and what is in store for me. Eventually I hope to own my own business consisting of some sort of bakery and cafe hybrid as well as my very own event planning firm. Eating and tasting and creating and relishing in the flavors of food is what I do; a sister, a daughter, a friend, a damsel and a baker is who I am.
