Introduction	My name is Laura. I'm the typical single 29 year old female. I have great friends. I have an amazing family. I love my job and the people I work with. Yet there are days I feel totally lost. That's what made me decide to start blogging. I need a place to capture the random and unfinished thoughts I have. I can't say you will hear from me daily, but I hope not to ignore you. I enjoy cooking and I hope to share my recipes with you. I set goals for myself on my getting healthier journey all the time.
