| Introduction | The city went after an Active Transportation Grant $480,000. For an all season, safe, GHG reducing AAA bike route. It failed everthing intended and created a dangerous route. They turned all Fairview 3rd St Stop signs with no engineering or traffic monitoring to support it. I want these stop signs retruned before there is a tragedy. |
