Introduction	Don and I left San Francisco, California on September 1, 2012 headed for Mexico. This was our first cruising experience and we had the time of our lives! We logged 4,014 nautical miles crossing through 4 states in Mexico including the mainland. Sadly, this blog has concluded with the sale of our beloved Valhalla. We bought her with cruising Mexico in mind and she served us remarkably well. In the not too distant future we plan to buy another boat capable of continuing our sailing dream to the South Pacific.
