| Introduction | To my close friends and my family, I am a real busybody, constantly on the move & having many projects at one time! That's just me!! Being blessed at birth with a great family, and having spent a great childhood - when I look back, it really was the great life! Although we never had more than we needed, we never wanted more than what we had -- we always had a horse to ride, champion cattle to show, piano to play, gas in the cars/trucks, plans as a family for the weekend and always in church with each other (not always quiet, but together)! We celebrated my parents 50th Wedding Anniversary last year, they are still best friends and would rather be with each other than anyone else - unless it's Smiley (my 4-legged brother)! Spending time with my husband, our children & grand-ones, my parents, my wonderful friends (whether in person, via telephone or text messaging) or in my yard, and not necessarily in that order! I will ALWAYS find time for some foo-foo, shopping, and prayer!! The recent weeks have shown our family the value of life, along with the strength of our faith. There's nothing better than a strong, solid Southern Baptist background, and foreground! |
| Interests | My interests are so varied, yet all combined -- everything from working in my yard and my many flower beds (year 'round), hanging out on the porch/patio with my husband & friends (again, year 'round), being anywhere I can -- with or just in the presence of my precious men -- Brett and Cass ... as well as the only one who can keep Brett in line ... Lacey (a most wonderful daughter-in-law!) and I absolutely LOVE watching Bailey play basketball ... or watch Bailey show cattle ... watching Bailey be her funny self when only family is around ... watching Bailey just be Bailey ... (that is the most fun of all!!!) NEWSFLASH .... the end of August 2008, I will be blessed with the meeting of the first grandchild blessed to us by Brett (my 1st born) and Lacey! Of course, I was blessed 6 years ago with the birth of Ashlynn Paige and then 1 year ago with Emily Grace ... by Royce Lynn (my husband's only child) & Kayla (his busy, creative & cutie pie wife) -- they are what little girls are made of ... everything prissy, pink and pretty! |

| Favorite books | The Bible -- I prefer the NIV, Any book that is under 1000 pages (unless it is a wowwza book)... otherwise I lose track thinking of what I could be doing other than reading a book and well ... there it goes!! |
