Introduction	My name is NoNa CupCake and I am 24 years old. Currently I live and study in Salzburg but I come from a rather small but beautiful village in Bavaria. This is also the place were my “career” as a waitress in a posh little restaurant started. I have been doing this job now, not in this particular restaurant but in the gastronomy, for almost 10 years and I still love it, at least most of the time. I am blogging because it allows me to tell people about the experiences I have in my job. I meet many interesting, enormously rich, wonderful, nice, very polite but also rude and crazy people. I have worked at about 5 different restaurants and cafes, also in other countries. Currently I am working for an event catering. I do not only want to blog about the job as such, but also about how difficult it can be to get both done: my studies and work. I would also say that my job as a waitress has shaped and changed my character. Some people even say that after working in gastronomy for a while and with the crazy people they meet any waitress or waiter deserves a degree in psychology. I think so too. You see, there is a lot to talk about.
