Which is easier to make a model airplane out of and why: a banana peel or a wet sock?
I would say that fibers in the sock could be stiffened using any one of many different kinds of adhesive to become perhaps even preferable materials for the construction of a model airplane. However, if a short time limit were imposed, the banana peel may be the better choice as it already has a stiffness that the sock would not reach unless it were dried thoroughly and then chemically treated.
