| Introduction | Okoye, David Ikechukwu is a PhD candidate and a research fellow at the School of Economics and Management, Yanshan University, China. He is a Nigerian, obtained his Ordinary National Diploma and his Bachelor degree before leaving Nigeria to further his education in China. Currently, he lives in Qinghuangdao, Hebei Province, P.R China. He got his diploma in Chinese Studies(2014), bachelor degree in Geological Science (2015) and a master degree in Business Administration(2017). At present, he is pursuing his doctorate.
