| Introduction | Dr. June Kaufman has been a licensed psychologist for 23 years, and has a Masters Degree in Biochemistry from the Boston University School of Medicine, and a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Emory University. She is a member of the American Psychological Association and a Fellow in the Georgia Psychological Association.
Her professional expertise includes the evaluation and treatment children, adolescents, individual adults, couples and families with an AD(H)D member(s). Dr. Kaufman has participated in and given several workshops on ADD, and has written various articles in this field, which have been published in the Georgia Psychologist. Dr. Kaufman's approach is cognitive/behavioral, goal oriented and solution focused. She has helped many ADDers to attain their goals. Despite having lifelong ADHD herself, Dr. Kaufman has managed to be successful professionally and personally. She has been married for many years, and has raised two great sons, one of whom has ADHD.
