Introduction	Rajiv Ranjan is an Assistant Professor aat College of Liberal Arts, Shanghai University, China. Earlier he worked as a Research Fellow at Indian Council of World Affairs, New Delhi and was a visiting Senior Scholar at Shandong University, Jinan, China. He completed his PhD in Chinese Studies from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. He was awarded China Government and Ministry of Human Resources Development, India scholarship. He was also a recipient of Senior Research Fellowship from University Grant Commission, New Delhi. He specializes in Chinese Politics and Foreign Policy.
