Introduction	I'm happiest when I'm surrounded by my family. I'm never without a book and even listen to audio books instead of the radio in the car. I long to write the great American novel and have actually been working toward that since the late 70s. I took that desire and created a career for myself in the publishing industry where I've held a variety of positions, from copy editor to managing editor of several publications. I loved newspaper reporting, especially articles about people. I've lived in Tennessee, Missouri, Georgia, Florida, and now New Jersey. I have three children and four grandchildren. Along with my husband, they are my treasures. I keep trying to decide what I want to be when I grow up, and so far I've decided not to grow up.
Interests	Reading, writing, traveling, listening to music, Broadway shows, enjoying grandchildren
Favorite movies	Bull Durham, No Way Out, Best in Show, Mama Mia!, all the Harry Potter movies, all the Jesse Stone movies.
Favorite music	I mostly like single songs from a variety of artists: Guns 'n Roses, Aleisha Keys, Bon Jovi, movie soundtracks, Broadway shows, Pink Floyd, Eagles, Dixie Chicks, Garth Brooks,
