About me

Introduction	I'm a SAHM mom to 3 beautiful children. For years I have been telling myself "This is it, I'll get healthy" only to be sidetracked by life & other callings, forgetting about me. Then it dawned on me...WHO is going to take care of them if there is no me? I know I'm like 3 kids late to realize this BUT better late than never is the saying right? Well, follow me & we'll take it 1 day at a time to being healthy, healed, & happy! :)
