Introduction	I have been working in Food Research for the last 20 years. About that time I also started my carvings. I was a Metabolic Research Cook at the Oregon Health Science University in Portland, Oregon. I am married, and we will soon celebrate 27 years together. In January 2011, I took the plunge and took my early retirement. It has really been exciting for the most part. I am enjoying all the extra time with family and friends. Getting to travel when I want, has been very cool too. I am just starting up a new endeavor, along with my Food shop on Etsy, I am opening a second shop that will cater to the Bride, and all things for a vintage Wedding. The theme is Vintage Headwear. It will include Short Veils, Hair Sashes, Hats, and other beautiful repurposed new and old Bridal Vintage wear. Look for us soon.
