| Introduction | Malcolm Bailey is a green activist and writer living in Bedfordshire, after careers working as a senior medical physicist and university senior lecturer. He was a Bedfordshire County Councillor from 1981-1993, and a member of Bedfordshire Education Committee for twelve years. He joined the Green Party in 2006. Malcolm Bailey was the Parliamentary Candidate for the Green Party in Mid Bedfordshire constituency at the 2010 General Election. Malcolm is married to Patricia, with three grown-up children and three grandchildren. He is a member of UCU, the Universities and Colleges Union, and Luton Poetry Society. Malcolm Bailey is a member of Luton and Bedfordshire Green Party. Malcolm is currently Membership Secretary of the Green Left network within the Green Party of England and Wales, and a member of the International Ecosocialist Network. He is a keen wildlife gardener and enjoys walking. |
