| Introduction | We are Guru and Giri.... newbie gardeners in Zone 8B. We are Gen Y's trying to plan and design our own garden along with fixing up our fixer uppper, and managing our demanding full time jobs. Guru is an engineer, all the designs, drawings and construction you will see here are his creations. Guru also calls himself as the gardener. (Giri is the botanist who sticks to the theoretical stuff because she can't deal with earthworms !....you might wonder how one can love gardens ....but not the earthworms) Giri is a bean-counter, the botanist and chef @ home.
