You've got to make contact with the alien leader. How will you tell when the conversation is finished?
Do conversations ever really finish? Or do they just trail off to be picked back up at a later date? I'm not sure the US Government would make me their ambassador for alien relations but I'm sure that if they did the conversation would go on for days without any real end ever occurring.
