| Introduction | Hi! This is Little Riddick (or at least soon to be "Little Riddick"). This blog is about a young man’s journey to challenge himself of becoming like the inspriring figure, "Riddick". So a little history on me in regards to how I got myself to this state. Most days I work 9 to 5 sitting in a cubicle and since getting married - packed on a "few" pounds. Ya, I'm a little embarrassed, but then again the only way for me to change the way I am, is to face my problem head on and to ACTION CHANGE. I believe without a plan to help me get where I want to go, I would be doomed for failure. So my goal date to start is June 15th and to lose 40 pounds by September 7th, 2009. I believe this is change that I can believe in and is a realistic goal. Since I am a huge fan of Vin Diesel in his movie "Riddick", I have always had a goal for years to become just like him (physically - I can do without the knives and fighting) - hence "Little Riddick". Now is my time to become him and make it reality. Wish me luck. BTW, by the 2nd month I plan to upgrade the 'goggles' to the real deal. So just just bare with me while I progress through my transformation. =) Thanks for reading! |
