| Introduction | Ciao! I’m Anina. I live in Belmont, Massachusetts with my husband Tom, daughter Lucia, and our seven chickens. I love rainy days, ocean breeze, good cognac and ALL of the pasta. I earned my BA in Political Science, but a few years post-college it became alarmingly clear that my life expectancy would plummet should I continue to pursue a career working in politics. This revelation, coupled with my loathing for cubicle desks and “business casual” wardrobes, caused me to return to school and earn my Master’s from Boston University in Gastronomy, where I also completed certificates in Culinary Arts, Wine, and Cheese. In addition to writing culinary narratives about Italian home cooking, I currently work as a freelance chef teaching and assisting with culinary events at Boston University. |
