| Introduction | When I'm not scraping peanut butter off the walls or changing wet feety pajamas at 2AM, I am writing. I have a few publication credits under my belt. I am also a certified Journal to the Self instructor and run workshops and informal writing groups under the name Wisdom Within, Ink. I have been writing a personal journal for over 20 years and now teach others how to find healing, creativity, and authenticity through journal writing. Once in a while I do pencil portraits and I also sing in a local choir, rearrange furniture constantly, and dabble in graphic and logo design. |
