IntroductionI happen to be a woman in my 60's thinking I am in my 30's but enjoying exactly where I am right now. I have three great kids in their 30's, A wonderful (perfect for me) husband, 4 awesome grandchildren and a long hair mini dachshund named Jozee. Love to be active, skiing, love bikram yoga, walking Jozee, gardening, biking, my friends, swimming, boating, animals, and painting watercolors, and Key West. Someday, I would like to learn how to fly a private airplane, and get my pilots license. Meanwhile, I like to cook, have picnics at the marina in the summer with friends and taking the g-kids to the cottage at the beach to visit the folks. Winter is my favorite season, I ski, teach skiing, travel to ski and hang with some amazing winter people. Then I ski and talk skiing and ski some more. I have a vegitarian diet (for 30+years), but am not a strict vegan. I love to bake, try new recipes and be creative in the kitchen. I believe that nutrition is one of your most important weapons in the anti-aging war.
