| Introduction | On 17th March 2012, I will begin an 800km walk to Santiago. This is an account of the journey. I will do my best to describe the stunning landscapes, the beautiful churches and wonderful cities, but the focus will be health benefits of walking and on the people I meet along the way. I expect I will sing, dance, laugh, cry, eat beautiful food, tell fabulous stories, benfit from the kindness of strangers, fall in love and get blisters I am someone who sometimes struggles to manage my mental health problem.
