| Introduction | IOFA was founded in 1999 in response to a gap in programming and services for young people on a global level. Our organization is dedicated to improving the lives of young people by addressing critical and emerging issues affecting vulnerable adolescents within the United States and around the world. IOFA envisions a world where adolescents and youth are no longer subject to exploitation, violence and neglect; a world where every young person is able to exercise their human rights and realize their full potential as positive and productive members of society. Based in Chicago, IOFA is working in partnership with local organizations in over 20 countries to develop and implement sustainable programs and services for youth. |
