| Introduction | I run a project called Artachat, a research venture that utilises online technologies and face to face discussion meetings to create dialogue between artists and audience. I use the project as a research platform for my own arts practice and much of the discussions held evolve around the area of socially engaged practices. I also hold a studio at Edinburgh Sculpture Workshops where I create public and private commissions. I have recently returned from Uganda where I was researching the Contemporary Ugandan Arts scene. I am currently utilizing upon my research and will be collaborating with a Ugandan arts group as part of the Edinburgh Festival this summer. |
