| Introduction | Hi! My name is Raj. I recently moved to Austin, Texas from Nepal. I never really had any idea about United State and Texas government until my senior year when I was required to take the class. According to my responses to the Pew Research Center's political ideology quiz, I am a Faith and Family Left (along with 15% of the public). However, l don't have any political influences or experiences. After taking Government 2305 last semester, I am taking this class to fulfill a degree requirement and to learn more about Texas government because I know nothing about it. I hope to get an A in the class and understand state and local political systems and their relationship with the federal government. |
