| Introduction | I'm the Senior Associate for Major Gifts at the Unitarian Universalist Service Committee in Cambridge, MA. I also work to raise funds for cancer research and awareness for the Bonnie J. Addario Lung Cancer Foundation and its special project, the Addario Lung Cancer Medical Institute. My wife, Dr. Deborah Morosini, is a cancer researcher and lung cancer activist who speaks frequently to cancer groups. Deborah's sister was the actress Dana Reeve. Because so many cancer deaths are caused by lung cancer, it is highly probable that you know someone who has died from this disease. Dana Reeve was among the 12% of non-smokers who die each year from lung cancer. |
