| Introduction | I live on the Oregon coast with my husband. We have 3 grown children and as of recently, 5 grandchildren. I'm a freelance writer and share my days with Willa, our watchdog, who watches my every move, especially in the kitchen. My two younger granddaughters visit often. When I write a new children’s story, I can count on them for an honest critique. As a writer, I love those moments when something in my daily life bumps into a passage of Scripture and ignites. That sends me scrambling to capture the insight on paper before it vanishes. Those kind of treasures inspire this blog. My family also inspires me.
