Introduction	Having been an expert in creative marketing and public relations for over 10 years, I wanted to create a letter shop that made direct mail more reliable and cost efficient for mailers, as well as share my marketing skills with all industries. I have done so with MDM, and have translated those standards to many clients around the world. Thanks to my experience in the industry on both ends of the spectrum (a letter-shop owner & a campaign planner) I have transformed the way marketers approach direct mail by innovating new creative mediums of variable data use, and personalization. I feel that my experience in creative letter writing is second to none, due to millions of dollars in testing throughout my career, and a natural instinct to know what increases response.
